Fire Chief Michael Suhy <br />Date: lune 20. 2022 <br />In lune 2019 the Cuyahoga Heights Fire Department transitioned its dispatch operations to the Chagrin <br />Valley Dispatch (CVD) in Brecksville. As you know such a change can bring about fears and worries. <br />However, I can attest this was a great move for us and the switchover went far easier than expected, it <br />has been running exceptionally well ever since. <br />On an administrative note, if there is an issue with the manner a call is handled, the administration at <br />CVD is immediately addressing this and communicating the outcomeCVDassists with programming and <br />repairs to radios along with assisting with purchases.
