Council Minutes of 09-06-2022 No None Motion carried. Resolution 2022-65 adopted 6-0. Resolution 2022-66 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Economic and Community Development to solicit Statements of Qualifications (S.O.Q.) from qualified firms to serve as the City's Division of Engineering; and further authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to enter into a contract with the firm selected in the S.O.Q. process, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed 6-0 Roll Call Yes'. Glassburn, Limpert, Scarl, Hemann, Gilchrist, Kelly No None Motion carried. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Economic and Community Development to solicit Statements of Qualifications (S.O. Q.) from qualified individuals to serve as the City's Grant Writer; and further authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to enter into a contract with the individual selected in the S.O.Q. process, and declaring an emergency. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, to enter into an agreement with the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission to provide professional services associated with creating a Geographic Information System ("G.I. S.") based zoning map, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Hemann and passed 6-0.
