Council Minutes of 10-18-2022 <br />Resolution 2022-86 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into a purchase agreement for the Grafton Swamp Wetlands <br />Mitigation Bank at a cost of $126,000.00. Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed 6-0. <br />Roll Call <br />Yes: Glassburn, Williamson, Scarl, Kelly, Gilchrist, Hemann <br />No None <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2022-86 adapted 6-0. <br />Resolution 2022-87 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Purchase Agreement for the Pine Brook Wetlands <br />Mitigation Bank at a cost of $150,000.00. Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. Resolution 2022-87 adopted 6-0. <br />Ordinance 2022-88 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. An Ordinance to <br />make Appropriations for the Turf Walking/Running Track and FieldTurf Capital Improvement to <br />the Recreation Center. Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Councilwoman Williamson and passed 6-0. <br />Roll Call. <br />Yes. Glassburn, Williamson, Scarl, Kelly, Hemann, Gilchrist <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2022-88 adopted 6-0. <br />Resolution 2022-89 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution <br />directing the Fiscal Officer of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, <br />during the Year 2023 all money due and owing said City from any collection source, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2022-90 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance <br />dispensing with the RFP process otherwise required by Sections 111.03 of seq. of the <br />Administrative Code and authorizing the Mayor, subject to approval of the Board of Control, if <br />necessary, to enter into a one-year agreement with the Walter H. Drape Company for the <br />purpose of providing Ordinance Codification Services to the City of North Olmsted, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2022-92 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance <br />amending and re-establishing Chapter 131.99(c) of the Administrative Code entitled 'Mayor" in <br />order to create the position of Part -Time Support Personnel within the Office of Mayor, Division <br />of Mayor's Court and declaring an emergency <br />Ordinance 2022-93 was introduced by Councilman Glassburn and placed on first reading. An <br />Ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for Council -At -Large Members for the term <br />of office commencing January 1 2024, through December 31, 2027. <br />
