Mr. Kelly stated he heard from other residents with the same experiences and thanked the
police department for making sure we are safe. He also wanted to follow-up to the concerns of
a resident on Lansing Drive, regarding speeding on his street. Councilman Kelly stated that
there has been an electronic speed sign in place on Lansing, and there will be data downloaded
from that traffic sign once that sign is taken down, and further stated there has also been police
patrolling the area, and again thanked the police department for their hard work.
Councilwoman Gilchrist, Vice Chair of the Environmental Control Committee.
The Environmental Control Committee met on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 7:10 p.m. Present
were Committee Members Gilchrist and Kelly and Council Members Williamson, Glassburn.
Hemann and Limpert, Mayor Jones, Law Director Gareau, Finance Director Copfer, Human
Resources Director Kidd, Director of Economic and Community Development Upton, Safety
Director Scofield, Service Director Kearney, Recreation and Public Engagement Director
Pinchek, Engineer DiFranco, WWTP Supervisor Blum, Special Assistant to the Mayor
Massarolo and guests.
• Discussed Ordinance 2022-95.
