Council Minutes of 12-20-2022 AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION None. LEGISLATION Ordinance 2022-97 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. An Ordinance amending the Schedule of Uses at 1139.03-1 of Chapter 1139, "Business Districts' of the Planning and Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, for the purpose of establishing massage establishments operated by State licensed professionals as a permitted use in the North Olmsted Business District. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed 7-0. Roll Call: Yes: Limpert, Williamson, Glassburn, Gilchrist, Hemann, Kelly, Scarl No: None Motion carried. Ordinance 2022-97 adopted 7-0. Ordinance 2022-122 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2023 and declaring an emergency, as Amended. Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed 7-0.
