Council Minutes of 01-03-2023 Motion to remove Ordinance 2022-106 from the Agenda is approved by a vote of 6-0. Councilman Limpert, Chairman of the Building, Zoning and Development Committee did not have a report but wanted to reiterate that the Red Cross also does blood drives at the Library as well and encourages others to participate to help others. Councilwoman Gilchrist, Chairwoman of the Intra -Governmental Relations Committee: The Intra -Governmental Relations Committee met on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 7:40 p.m. Present were Committee Members Gilchrist, Hemann, Scarl and Council Members Williamson, Glassburn, Limpert and Kelly, Council President Brossard, Mayor Jones, Assistant Law Director O'Malley, Finance Director Copfer, Human Resources Director Kidd, Safety Director Scofield and guests. • Intra -Governmental Committee met to reappoint Becky Tesar, Mitzi Wilson & Janelle Zauner-Hoffart to the Arts Commission for four-year terms beginning on January 1, 2023 and ending on December 31, 2026. Ralph Mackey to the Building & Zoning Board of Appeals for a five-year term beginning on January 1, 2023 and ending on December 31, 2027 and Elizabeth Cardarelli, Sarah Egan -Reeves, James Gearhart & David Neville to the Landmarks Commission for two-year terms beginning on January 1, 2023 and ending on December 31, 2024, all were re -appointed by a vote of 3-0 and the Committee Meeting concluded at 7:44 p.m. Councilwoman Gilchrist moved to reappoint the aforementioned. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Hemann and passed 6-0.
