Council Minutes of 02-07-2023 Resolution 2023-4 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution dispensing with the RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Senior Transportation Connection of Cuyahoga County to provide for transportation services, and declaring an emergency, as Amended. Councilman Madden moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Glassburn and passed 7-0. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute contracts with the Director of the Ohio Department of Transportation for a "county -wide bridge repair project for structures on the interstate system which includes Great Northern Boulevard bridge over IR -480 (Cuy-22-0434) and Columbia Road bridge over IR 480 (Coy -480- 0446) in the City of North Olmsted", and declaring an emergency. An Ordinance amending and restating Section 957.01 of Chapter 957 (Alcoholic Beverages on Public Grounds) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted in order to permit beer and wine to be sold and consumed at the "Saturday in the Park Concert Series," and declaring an emergency.
