Council Minutes of 02-07-2023 Resolution 2023-5 was introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Recreation & Public Engagement to solicit bids for sprayer equipment for application of fertilizer at Springvale Golf Course and, upon approval of the Board of Control, further authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder, and declaring an emergency. A Resolution authorizing the City Engineer to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide new pavement markings to various streets and locations in the City, as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder.
