Council Minutes of 03-07-2023 Roll Call: Yes Madden, Glassburn, Limpert, Williamson, Gilchrist, Hemann, Scarl No: None Motion carried. Resolution 2023-9 adopted 7-0. Resolution 2023-10 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. A Resolution authorizing the City Engineer to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide cracksealing on various streets at various locations in the City, as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder. Councilman Madden moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Glassburn and passed 7-0.
