Council Minutes of 04-18-2023 <br />2023-27. This Ordinance is a service and maintenance agreement for years 2-5, and does not <br />need to be budgeted for this year, and suspension was requested. The Committee favorably <br />recommended Ordinance 2023-45 with suspension by a vote of 3-0. <br />• The second Agenda item was Liquor License Permit #8112886, Shreeji Grocer LLC, DBA Olmsted <br />Beverage & Lottery, 23555 Lorain Road, North Olmsted. Councilwoman Williamson stated there <br />was no opposition from the Police Department to the permit and the Committee voted 3-0 to <br />not object to the liquor permit. <br />• The last item on the Agenda was Liquor License Permit #6779397, PCK III LLC, 4967 Dover Center <br />Road, North Olmsted. Councilwoman stated there was no opposition from the Police <br />Department to the permit and the Committee voted 3-0 to not oppose Liquor License Permit <br />6779397 and the Committee Meeting concluded at 7:06 p.m. <br />Councilwoman Williamson moved to not object to Liquor License Permit #8112886, Shreeji Grocer LLC, <br />DBA Olmsted Beverage & Lottery, 23555 Lorain Road, North Olmsted. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and <br />passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Limpert, Williamson, Madden, Hemann, Glassburn, Gilchrist, Scarl <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Ms. Hemann asked if the Law Director could clarify if this legislation was required to go back to <br />Committee, to which the Law Director asked if Council would like clarification, and then explained how <br />the Committee was held before the Public Hearing, and because there were recommendations from the <br />PDC hearing, he stated that it is not a rule, but it is a better way to legislate, to which Ms. Hemann voted <br />yes. <br />Mr. Glassburn voted yes with comment, stating he is voting yes per the explanation and advice of the <br />Law Director. <br />Ms. Gilchrist voted yes with comment, thanking the Law Director for his explanation. <br />Mr. Scarl voted yes with comment, thanking the Law Director for his explanation. <br />
