Resolution 2023-37 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2023-42 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. An Ordinance Amending <br />Section 139.99(a) of Chapter 139 of the Administrative Code entitled "Department of Public Safety," for <br />the purpose of adding a part time, seasonal position within the Department of Public Safety for the <br />purpose of providing services for the annual Deer Population Management Program. <br />Councilwoman Williamson moved for adoption. Ordinance 2023-42 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2023-43 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance authorizing <br />an Income Tax Revenue Sharing Agreement among the City of North Olmsted and the North Olmsted <br />City School District; and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Limpert moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings. A Resolution authorizing <br />the Mayor to enter into a contract with CDW Corporation (also known as "CDW-G') to purchase data <br />equipment for installation at the North Olmsted Recreation Center to improve Wi-Fi capacity, at a cost <br />of $137,901.49 through the State Purchase Program, and declaring an emergency. <br />
