Resolution 2023-44 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2023-45 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance authorizing <br />the Mayor to enter into the Maintenance, Support and Lifecycle Management Addendum to the <br />Motorola Solutions, Inc. Communications System and Services Agreement authorized by Ord. 2023-27, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilwoman Williamson moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings. Ordinance 2023-45 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2023-46 was introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with iVideo Technologies in an amount not to exceed <br />$34,000 for purposes of upgrading the audio visual capabilities of the North Olmsted City Council Caucus <br />room, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2023-47 was introduced by Mayor Jones and Councilwoman Williamson and placed on first <br />reading. A Resolution extending the moratorium enacted by Resolution 2022-100 for an additional 90 <br />days, which Resolution had declared a six month moratorium on the issuance of Building, Zoning or <br />Occupancy Permits for premises to be occupied by and used, in total or in part, for the sale and <br />consumption on site of Kava, Kratom, Delta 8 -THC and / or Delta 9 -THC; and further temporarily <br />prohibiting any such similar use Permit, License, Variance or Development Plan approval for said <br />facilities; and declaring an emergency. <br />
