Council Minutes of 10-03-2023 <br />Councilwoman Hemann moved for adoption. Ordinance 2023-92 adopted by a vote of 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2023-93 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. An Ordinance authorizing the <br />Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding and Site License Agreement with Rust Belt Riders <br />Composting, LLC. <br />Councilman Scarl moved for adoption. An Ordinance directing that <br />the real property owned by the City of North Olmsted as a participant in - and administrator of - the <br />North Olmsted Land Reutilization Program and otherwise known as PPN 237-19-027, be sold to GDIII <br />Ventures, LLC and further authorizing the Mayor to execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement and all <br />other documents required to effectuate said sale. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption.
