Ordinance 2023-106 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2023-107 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance accepting a <br />0.0073 Acre Permanent Right -Of -Way Easement acquired for a public purpose, to wit: the <br />establishment, construction, reconstruction, widening, repair or maintenance of Clague Road, from <br />Carson Wasserbeck aka Carson Lee Wasserbeck and Lori A. Wasserbeck on property known as <br />Permanent Parcel Number 231-10-005, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings. An Ordinance to <br />authorize the execution of additional Then and Now Certificates by the Finance Director and the <br />payment of amounts due for various purchase orders, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2023-109 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing <br />the Director of Finance to create the Federal Equitable Sharing Fund to track both revenue and <br />expenditures for the United States Department of Justice and the United States Department of Treasury <br />Equitable Sharing Funds or tangible property disbursed to the City, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings.
