Council Minutes of 10-17-2023 <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Glassburn, Limpert, Hemann, Williamson, Start, Madden, Gilchrist <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2023-109 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2023-110 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance authorizing <br />the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Cuyahoga County and the Cuyahoga County Court of <br />Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, wherein the City will continue to implement a Community Diversion <br />Program to hear status, misdemeanor, or felony offense complaints involving juveniles through <br />December 31, 2024, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Madden moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilwoman Williamson and passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Madden, Williamson, Scarl, Gilchrist, Glassburn, Limpert, Hemann <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Madden moved for adoption. An Ordinance to make <br />and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted <br />for the Year Ending December 31, 2023 and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings.
