Council Minutes of 11-08-2023 Ordinance 2023-108 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. An Ordinance to authorize the execution of additional Then and Now Certificates by the Finance Director and the payment of amounts due for various purchase orders, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed 5-0. Roll Call: Yes: Glassburn, Limpert, Scarl, Madden, Hemann No: None Motion carried. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Economic and Community Development to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted to the State of Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) to participate in the "Safe Routes to School" grant program; and further authorizing the Mayor to accept the grant, if awarded, and execute agreements therefore, and declaring an emergency.
