Ordinance 2023-126 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2023-95 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending <br />the zoning map of the City of North Olmsted to rezone a portion of Split Parcel 233-26-063 from one <br />family residence to B-3 General Business Zoning, as Amended. <br />Ordinance 2023-127 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance authorizing <br />the City of North Olmsted, pursuant to Section 941.O1(d) of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services <br />Code, to partially contribute to the costs incurred for refuse collection by owners of certain residential <br />structures not otherwise authorized to receive refuse collection services from the City of North Olmsted, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2023-128 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing <br />the City Engineer to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide construction services for <br />the Recreation Center Data Project, as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor, <br />following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder. <br />Ordinance 2023-129 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance accepting a <br />0.0006 -acre permanent right-of-way easement acquired for a public purpose, to wit: the establishment, <br />construction, reconstruction, widening, repair or maintenance of Clague Road, from Richard T. Barber, II, <br />on property known as Permanent Parcel Number 231- 24-014, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2023-131 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance to make <br />and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted <br />for the Year Ending December 31, 2023 and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings.
