Council Minutes of 11-21-2023 Roll Call: Yes: Glassburn, Limpert, Hemann, Scarl, Williamson, Gilchrist, Madden No: None Motion carried. Ordinance 2023-126 adopted 7-0. Ordinance 2023-95 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending the zoning map of the City of North Olmsted to rezone a portion of Split Parcel 233-26-063 from one family residence to B-3 General Business Zoning, as Amended. Ordinance 2023-127 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance authorizing the City of North Olmsted, pursuant to Section 941.O1(d) of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code, to partially contribute to the costs incurred for refuse collection by owners of certain residential structures not otherwise authorized to receive refuse collection services from the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Resolution 2023-128 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the City Engineer to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide construction services for the Recreation Center Data Project, as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder. An Ordinance accepting a 0.0006 -acre permanent right-of-way easement acquired for a public purpose, to wit: the establishment, construction, reconstruction, widening, repair or maintenance of Clague Road, from Richard T. An Ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the Year Ending December 31, 2023 and declaring an emergency. Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed 7-0.
