A Resolution authorizing the City of North Olmsted to apply for Community Development Supplemental Grant (CDSG) funding in the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) for renovation of restroom facilities at North Olmsted Community Park and, if awarded, further authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement to accept the grant funds, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings and formal committee review. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed 7-0.
