Council Minutes of 12-19-2023 funding for the South Equalization Basin Project and, if awarded, further authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement to accept the grant funds, and declaring an emergency. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for the purchase of fifty (50) "Everyday Level 111 ICW Armor Plates" from Dayton Armor, U.C. in the amount of $42,690.00 for the purpose of modernizing the bullet proof vests utilized by Patrol and SWAT Officers within the Division of Police, and declaring an emergency.
