Council Minutes of 12-19-2023 project and for funding the start-up of the CIC. The legislation was favorably recommended with suspension 2-0, and the Committee Meeting concluded at 7:39 p.m. Councilman Glassburn moved to amend 2023-145. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed 6-0. Roll Call: Yes: Glassburn, Limpert, Madden, Scarl, Williamson, Gilchrist No: None • Motion carried. Councilman Scarl, Chairman of the Environmental Control Committee did not have a report but asked for a moment of personal privilege to thank Councilwoman Williamson for her years of service and wished her the best. Councilwoman Gilchrist, Chairwoman of the Intra -Governmental Relations Committee did not have a report but asked for a moment of personal privilege to thank Councilwoman Williamson for her service. Councilman Madden, Chairman of the Streets and Transportation Committee did not have a report but asked for a moment of personal privilege to thank Councilwoman Williamson for her service. None. Janice Denham 5129 E. Park Drive Ms. Denham came to Council to discuss the health problems that could be caused by wireless radiation that have been ignored by the FCC. Ms. Denham opposes the cell phone tower at the North Olmsted Community Park. She would like to have the City write into the contract that TowerCo will be responsible for expenses should the resident experience health issues or to pay for the expense to fortify their homes against wireless radiation. Lori Casciani 3887 Canterbury Road Ms. Casciani came to Council to address the Deer Management Program in North Olmsted. She said the police are on her property when they shoot the deer and that her grandchildren have seen the police with guns behind her house. She is opposed to the deer culling. She feels the letter sent regarding the Deer Management Program should have been sent to everyone in the City. Safety Director Scofield responded to Ms. Casciani's concerns and provided Council information and corresponding map with regards to same, which are attached to these minutes. Councilwoman Williamson asked if there was an issue with the survey website, noting one of her residents stated she had an issue, and that Councilman Limpert had heard same from one of his residents. Director Scofield stated that she will look into having the survey put back up, while being sensitive to the start timeline. She doesn't believe there was an issue with the online survey, but will look into it.
