Council Minutes of 01-03-2024 Assistant Director of Law O'Malley: • No Report. Director of Finance Copfer: • No Report. Council President Brossard, Committee of the Whole: The Committee of the Whole met on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 7:16 p.m. Present were Councilmembers Glassburn, Madden, Scarl and Shymske and the Assistant Law Director O'Malley. • Council President Brossard reported that the purpose of the meeting was to accept the Rules of Council, nominate members to the Committees and nominate a new President Pro Tempore. •. The first item on the Agenda was to accept the Rules of Council. There were no proposed changes and the Committee voted to accept the Rules of Council by a vote of 4-0. Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Madden and passed 4-0. Roll Call: Yes: Glassburn, Madden, Shymske, Scarl No: None Motion carried. Rules of Council adopted by a vote of 4-0. • Next item on the Agenda was to nominate members to the Standing Committees. The Committee nominated the members with no objection, and the nominations were accepted by a vote of 4-0.
