Liquor Permit 7150036 RMG North Olmsted, LLC., DBA Romano's Macaroni Grill, located <br />at 25001 Country Club Blvd., not objected to by a vote of 7-0. <br />Councilman Madden, Chairman of the Intra -Governmental Relations Committee: <br />The Intra -Governmental Relations Committee met on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. Present <br />were Committee Members Madden, Gilchrist, Shymske and Council Members Glassburn, Hemann and <br />Scarl, Council President Brossard, Mayor Jones, Finance Director Copfer, Human Resources Director <br />Kidd, Director of Economic and Community Development Upton, Service Director Kearney, Recreation <br />and Public Engagement Director Pinchek, Special Assistant to the Mayor Massarolo and guests. <br />• The purpose of the Committee was to consider the Mayor's Appointment to the Arts <br />Commission, Jacob Campbell. Councilman Madden reported that Mr. Campbell took a moment <br />to give a brief overview of his extensive musical career and the Committee thanked him for his <br />service. The Committee voted 3-0 to favorably recommend Mr. Jacob Campbell's appointment <br />to the Arts Commission for the unexpired term of January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2025, <br />and the Committee concluded at 6:35 p.m. <br />The Intra -Governmental Relations Committee also met on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at 7:42 p.m. <br />Present were Committee Members Madden, Gilchrist, Shymske and Council Members Glassburn, <br />Limpert, Hamann and Scarl, Council President Brossard, Mayor Jones, Human Resources Director Kidd, <br />Director of Economic and Community Development Upton, Safety Director Scofield, Service Director <br />Kearney, Recreation and Public Engagement Director Pinchek, Special Assistant to the Mayor Massarolo <br />and guests. <br />• The Committee met to consider reappointments of Mr. Mike Kovach to the Building & Zoning <br />Board of Appeals and Mr. Cary Peeples to the Planning and Design Commission, both for the <br />term of January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2028. The Committee Chair explained that both <br />of these individuals were previously interviewed by Council and the Committee and Council are <br />pleased that they would like to continue their service on these Boards and Commissions. The <br />Committee favorably recommended the reappointment of Mr. Mike Kovach to the Building & <br />Zoning Board of Appeals, and Mr. Cary Peeples to the Planning and Design Commission by a vote <br />of 3-0. <br />Councilman Madden moved to approve the appointment of Mr. Jacob Campbell to the Arts Commission <br />for the term of January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2025; the reappointment of Mr. David Kovach to <br />the Building & Zoning Board of Appeals for the term of January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2028; and <br />the reappointment of Mr. Cary Peeples to the Planning & Design Commission for the term of January 1, <br />2024 through December 31, 2028.
