11.04. Overtime Distribution Exceptions. For the purpose of this section, there shall be an <br />exception to the distribution of overtime in accordance with the overtime procedure above. <br />1) The Employer may schedule an employee to work more than his regular scheduled day <br />not to exceed sixteen (16) hours in a week. <br />2) Once an employee has worked sixteen (16) hours the Employer shall offer Overtime in <br />strict accordance with the overtime provision above. <br />This section is not to be construed to give the Employer the unlimited rights to deviate <br />from the overtime procedure, but to allow an assigned crew to complete scheduled work <br />assignments in an efficient manner. <br />11.05. PromotionslTransfers — Inteeration into OT Rotation List. For the purpose of overtime <br />distribution, if an employee is promoted or transferred to another classification, the employee <br />shall be credited with one (1) hour more than the most senior hour employee. The same <br />procedure will apply to newly hired employees. <br />11.06 Overtime Administration/Compensatory Time. The parties agree that where an employee <br />has worked iwina hours and then is directed to take compensatory time off for the next shif{ the <br />Employee will not have his overtime hours converted to straight time based on the provisions of <br />10.05. <br />ARTICLE 12 NULITARY LEAVE <br />12.01. Employees shall receive military leave rights and benefits pursuant to the Ohio <br />Revised Code and Federal Law. <br />ARTICLE 13 FMLA LEAVE <br />13.01. A regular full-time employee shall be provided with FMLA Leave pursuant to federal <br />law. <br />ARTICLE 14 UNION LEAVE <br />14.01. Upon written request from the Union, a leave of absence without pay shall be granted to <br />not more than three (3) employees for a period of not in excess of ten (10) days per year each <br />(fifteen (15) days per year in which an employee attends the Convention of the International <br />Union), for the purpose of attending Union conventions or other Union activities which <br />necessitate a suspension of active employment. Additional absences for Union business may be <br />permitted as conditions permit, having in mind the volume of work. <br />ARTICLE 15 PAID SICK LEAVE <br />15.01. Uses of Sick Leave.
