Vacation Payout at Separation If an employee is terminated (voluntarily or <br />involuntarily) prior to taking his vacation and has completed one (1) yew of employment with <br />the Employer, he shall receive the prorated portion of any accrued but unused vacation at the <br />time of separation. Vacation Scheduline/NodcelPersonal Day Use with Vacation. <br />(a) Holidays during Vacation Leaves.
