OT/Compensatory Time Option. An employee in the Wastewater Treatment Plant or the Service Department who may be scheduled to work a full day on Good Friday or Christmas Eve shall have the choice to receive overtime or compensatory time off. Rotating shift workers at the Wastewater Treatment Plant who may be scheduled to work a full day on Easter shall have the choice to receive overtime or compensatory time off. 22.9305. Personal Days. In addition to the above holidays, a regular full-time employee shall be entitled to observe three (3) personal days as a holiday with pay covered by the terms of this Agreement. A regular full-time employee hired between July I" and December 31" of any given year shall be entitled to observe one and one-half (1 %,) personal days -as a holiday with pay covered by the terms of this Agreement. The personal days shall be scheduled by mutual agreement between the employee and his supervisor. Personal Days may be scheduled in one- half (1/2) day increments. 22.9406. Holiday Pay Elieibiliri. If an employee receives prior notification of call-in during his previous shift and the overtime work is continuous with scheduled work hours, the employee shall receive pay at the applicable rate only for actual eveoime hours worked. If, however, an employee does not receive prior notification of call-in during his previous shift, he shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours work or three (3) hours pay at the applicable rate, providing the time does not abut the employee's regular work day. Any employee who is asked to hold over and work additional hours after his or her regular assigned shift has ended will receive a minimum of one (1) hour pay for doing so. 23.02 Lab/Cemetery Work Eligibility The provision of 23.01 above shall also apply to employees performing laboratory work as the Waste Water Treatment Plant and digging at the cemetery. 4880-6940-8880., 2
