Compensatory Time/Marimum Accrual. Each employee shall have the right to <br />convert overtime hours into compensatory time at the applicable rate <br />(1.5 x regular hours/2.0 x rate holiday hours) for each overtime hour worked. Employees may have the right to take compensatory <br />time with a 48-hour advance notice and when the time off does not interfere with the operation <br />of the Service Department.
