<br />City's housing study. Mr. Limpert asked where the resident dog park would be located which
<br />was identified as bordering the highway and Mr. Davis noted that the project would upgrade the
<br />water line of Grace Road and service outlets as part of the project supported by Cleveland
<br />Water. PDC Case No. 23-24769 Kingston Apartments was favorably recommended with the
<br />recommendations from the Planning and Design Commission by a vote of 3-0, and the
<br />Committee Meeting concluded at 7:39 p.m.
<br />Councilman Limpert moved to approve PDC Case No. 23-25654, Texas Roadhouse, with the
<br />recommendations from the Planning and Design Commission. The motion was seconded by Councilman
<br />Glassburn and passed 7-0.

<br />The Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings Committee met on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 7:02 p.m.

<br />the award of a contract to provide maintenance services for the Recreation Center mechanical,
<br />plumbing and HVAC systems, as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor,
<br />following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best
