Council Minutes of 03-202024 Councilman Limpert voted yes with comment noting that it is good to see the Administration and the Finance Director working together, to improve this issue and noting that the list continues to shrink each time. Councilman Limpert also stated that this report is a great tool for transparency. Resolution 2024-13 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. A Resolution authorizing the City Engineer to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide construction services for the 2024 Street Resurfacing Project, as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder. Councilwoman Gilchrist moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Shymske and passed 7-0.
