Resolution 2024-17 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2024-3 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance to make <br />appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year <br />ending December 31, 2024 and declaring an emergency, as Amended. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings. Ordinance 2024-3 adopted 7-0. <br />Councilman Glassburn voted yes with comment to express gratitude for the comprehensive nature of <br />the budget, noting its coverage of all city activities. He highlighted the significance of seemingly minor <br />additions, like an eighth snowplow truck. Councilman Glassburn acknowledged the ongoing recognition <br />of these efforts throughout the year and thanked the Administration and all involved for their <br />participation. <br />Ordinance 2024-10 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending <br />Ordinance 2022-68 in order to modify the "Fix Our Fronts" Storefront Renovation Grant Program by <br />creating a new category of permissible grants and further authorizing the Mayor to issue grants to <br />approved grantees, and declaring an emergency, as Amended. <br />Ordinance 2024-20 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance directing <br />that the real property owned by the City of North Olmsted and known as 0.7467 acres, or 32,527 square <br />feet, of permanent parcel number 233-26-063 which is presently undeveloped property but is no longer <br />needed for municipal purposes be sold to BDW Properties, LLC.; and further authorizing the Mayor to <br />execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement and all other documents required to effectuate said sale, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />
