<br />Discussed Ordinance 2024-26. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an amended
<br />agreement for the establishment of the Westshore Council of Governments, and declaring an
<br />emergency. This legislation was for a minor bylaw update and the legislation was favorably
<br />recommended 3-0.
<br />Discussed Resolution 2024-27. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with
<br />Mad Bomber Fireworks Productions to provide a fireworks display for 2024, and declaring an
<br />emergency. Councilman Glassburn reported this is to fund the 2024 Fireworks to be held at the
<br />mall with an accompanying performance from the Summer Concert Series. The legislation was
<br />favorably recommended 3-0, and the Committee Meeting concluded at 8:56 p.m.
<br />Councilman Glassburn moved to remove Ordinance 2024-21 from the Agenda. The motion was
<br />seconded by Councilman Madden and passed 4-0.

<br />The Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee met on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at 7:26 p.m. Present
<br />were Committee Members Scarl and Madden and Council Members Limpert, Glassburn, Gilchrist, and
<br />Scarl, Mayor Jones, Law Director Gareau, Finance Director Copfer, Human Resources Director Kidd,
<br />Director of Economic and Community Development Upton, Safety Director Scofield, Service Director
<br />Kearney, Special Assistant to the Mayor Massarolo and guests.
<br />• Discussed liquor permit 6381503, 1942 T&T Mexican Grill, LLC. DBA 1942 Tacos & Tequila
<br />Mexican Grill located at 25102 Brookpark Road, Unit D 130 in North Olmsted. During the
<br />committee meeting, Councilman Scarl stated there were no concerns from the police
<br />department and the Committee voted 2-0 to not object to liquor permit 6381503, and the
<br />Committee concluded at 7:28 p.m.
<br />Councilwoman Hemann moved to not object to liquor permit 6381503, 1942 T&T Mexican Grill, LLC.
<br />DBA 1942 Tacos & Tequila Mexican Grill located at 25102 Brookpark Road, Unit D 130 in North Olmsted.
<br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Madden and passed 4-0.
