In the event. <br />Council rejects the arbitrator's recommendation, as herein before provided, the initial procedure <br />of this paragraph shall be reinstated until a recommendation is accepted or an agreement is reached. <br />The Employer shall not arbitrarily or capriciously reclassify employees or change job descriptions <br />during the life of this Agreement. <br />ARTICLE 19 HOSPITALIZATION <br />19.01 Medical Coverage. The Employer shall provide, pursuant to Appendix A (as updated <br />from year to year to refect plan offerings), single, employee and spouse, employee and <br />child/children or family medical insurance coverage at the employee's option for each full-time <br />employee. X9,94 The employer reserves the right to establish all plans, enrollment periods and <br />regulations. The employer shall have the option of seeking alternate health insurance providers or <br />plans. The Employer shall determine the costs, terms and conditions, and benefit levels of all <br />plan offerings (Le. medical, prescription, and dental) and any alternative programs, which may <br />be subject to change provide that such changes are similar from year to year <br />19.02 Emolovee Contributions/Premium Cost Components. Employee(s) participating in the <br />city's medical insurance coverage program shall contribute an amount equal to thirteen (13%) <br />percent of the plan premium or expected cost of such medical plan and the Employer shall <br />contribute eighty seven (87%) percent of such costs. The employee contribution shall be withheld <br />via payroll deduction not later than the first pay period each month. Expected cost or <br />premium is defined as the cost of all medical, hospital, prescription drug and related fees including <br />but not limited to administration fees. <br />_ _____bggefi. that __._jig _..., <br />____._:._..__.._.,.., k. Aspart of its plan offerings, <br />the City may include HSA or HRA Plan Designs, which include a city -provided HSA or HRA <br />funding level, the level of which will be established by the City. The parties agree that for the <br />years 2024-2026, the HSA or HRA funding level will be not less than fifty percent (50%) of the <br />annual deductible of individual and family coverage. <br />19.04 DevizlMsion Coverage.
