Article 18, New and Chaneed Jobs <br />The parties added language providing for an informational meeting step to discuss new or changed <br />jobs issues before resorting to the grievance procedure. <br />Article 19, Insurance <br />The parties consolidated insurance language under this article, bringing in other language addressing <br />the AFSCME care plan. The parties updated that language to reflect that the City benefit structure and <br />design is updated annually. The language states that the Employer determines the plan design and <br />structure for plan offerings by can initiate changes provided that they are similar form year to year. <br />The new language provides the City the option of establishing both HRA and HSA plan designs and <br />contains an agreement that eh City will ensure that the funding for such designs will be not less than <br />50% for the years 2024-2026. The parties enhance AFSCME plan coverage for Dental and Vision <br />(increase of $8.25/month for both). Employees continue contribute 13% of the applicable premium <br />cost for coverage. <br />Article 22, Lieht/Modified Du <br />The parties added titling to reflect section content, and added new language that the payment of <br />hospitalization following leave under this section is limited to the FML period, following which the <br />employee would have to make a COBRA election if he did not have accumulated leave. <br />Article 26, Longevity Pay <br />The parties added language clarifying that only years of continuous, uninterrupted full-time service are <br />included for the calculation of longevity and deleted and expired longevity schedule from the CBA. <br />Article 27, Clothing Allowance <br />The parties moved this language into its own article as it was grafted into the wage article. The parties <br />added language to prorate annual allowance payments for clothing in the initial and final year of <br />service. An exception is made if an employee is retiring under PERS. The parties increased the annual <br />clothing allowance by $200 ($550 to $750) for those personnel who are eligible to receive this benefit. <br />(Maintenance and Inspection personnel) <br />Article 28, Waees <br />The parties agreed to a new 3 -year agreement using the current language for negotiated increases and <br />general wage increases as follows: <br />Year L 4.00/. <br />Year 2: 3.0% <br />Year 3: 3.0% <br />With respect to Building Dept. Certifications, the parties added the certification of both a Residential <br />Building Official and Residential Plans Examiner to qualify for certification pay and increased the <br />certification by $.50 ($1.00 to $1.50) with the cap moving up to not exceed $3.00 on certification pay. <br />The parties also created stand-alone certification in the amount of $.75 as a pool operator. <br />3 <br />4880.07511454, v.1 <br />
