Council Minutes of 05-07-2024 <br />Ordinance 2024-32 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. An Ordinance dispensing <br />with a formal RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Agreement with Hope Meadows <br />Foundation to provide Mental Health and Wellness Services for use by North Olmsted Safety Forces in <br />the amount of $30,630.00, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Scarl moved for adoption. Ordinance 2024-32 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2024-33 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. A Resolution authorizing the <br />Mayor to enter into a three year Agreement with Everbridge, Inc., to provide text messaging services, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. An Ordinance to make <br />Appropriations for Capital Improvements for the City of North Olmsted Fire Station 1 for the Year Ending <br />December 31, 2024. <br />Ordinance 2024-35 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance authorizing <br />the Mayor to enter into a First Amendment to the agreement between the County of Cuyahoga and the <br />City of North Olmsted for the resurfacing of Clague Road from Lorain Road to Marion Road, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2024-37 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution approving of <br />and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Collective Bargaining Agreement ("CBA") with the American <br />Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees ("AFSCME") Local 2681, Clerical & Technical Unit, <br />for the period January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2026. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings.
