An Ordinance authorizing <br />the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) to accept <br />state capital funding in the amount of $150,000.00 for the construction of improvements at the North <br />Olmsted Community Park, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2024-39 introduced by Council President Brossard on behalf of All of Council was given its <br />second reading. An Ordinance to revise the Codified Ordinances by adopting current replacement pages; <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings. An Ordinance <br />establishing new rates of compensation for administrative personnel amending rates for the Year 2024 <br />(four percent increase); retitling the Police Secretary Position to Administrative Assistant, creating a <br />part-time Property Room Manager within the Police Division and otherwise establishing the <br />compensation rates and descriptions for various Administrative and Legislative Personnel for the years <br />2025 (three percent increase) and 2026 (three percent increase), and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2024-41 was introduced by Mayor Jones and placed on first reading.
