<br />certification as a Residential Building Inspector and Residential Plans Examiner, Building Inspector, Plumbing
<br />Inspector or Electrical Safety Inspector. For each additional State of Ohio certification as a Residential
<br />Building Inspector and Residential Plans Examiner, Building Inspector, Plumbing Inspector or Electrical Safety
<br />Inspector, the employee shall receive an additional $1.50 per hour, not to exceed an additional $3.00 per hour
<br />for employees with all three (3) certifications. Trainee certifications shall not be considered additional
<br />certifications for the purpose of receiving additional hourly compensation.
