Council Minutes of 06-04-2024 6 <br /> Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and <br /> passed 7-0. <br /> Roll Call: <br /> Yes: Glassburn, Limpert, Gilchrist,Scarl, Shymske, Madden, Hemann <br /> No: None <br /> Motion carried. Ordinance 2024-40 adopted 7-0. <br /> Resolution 2024-41 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. A Resolution dispensing with <br /> the RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Microsoft to provide M365 <br /> hosted email services-migration at a cost of$102,177.15,and declaring an emergency. <br /> Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption.
