42-9214.02. Employee Contribudons/Premium Cost Components. Employee(s) participating in <br />the city's medical insurance coverage program shall contribute an amount equal to thirteen percent <br />(13%) of the plan premium or expected costs of such medical plan, and the Employer shall <br />contribute eighty-seven percent (87%) of such costs. The employee contribution shall be withheld <br />via payroll deduction not later than the first pay period each month. 1293 Expected cost or <br />premium is defined as the cost of all medical, hospital, prescription drug, and related fees <br />including, but not limited to administrative fees.
