Council Minutes of 06-18-24 <br />Resolution 2024-60 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution adopting the <br />Alternative Tax Budget of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2025, and <br />submitting the same to the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer and its Budget Commission, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings. A Resolution dispensing <br />with the RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to retain additional professional engineering services of <br />Chagrin Valley Engineering, pursuant to the terms and conditions of its current agreement with the city, <br />for the purpose of design services related to the 2024 Parks Improvement Plan, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution 2024-63 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing <br />the Mayor to enter into a renewal agreement with MCCaulley & Company, LLC, to provide grant writing <br />and consulting services for the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency <br />Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and <br />passed 7-0. <br />
