Mr. President, at this time, I would move to approve the appointment of Mr. Keegan Radeff <br />to the Tax Incentive Review Council for the unexpired term from January 1, 2021 through <br />December 31, 2024, and ask for a second. <br />Councilwoman Gilchrist: Second. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Motion to approve the appointment of Keegan Radeff to the Tax Incentive Review Council <br />for the unexpired term of January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2024 is made by <br />Councilman Madden and seconded by Councilwoman Gilchrist. Roll call, please. <br />Council Clerk: <br />Mr. Madden: Yes <br />Ms. Gilchrist: Yes <br />Mr. Scarl: Yes <br />Mr. Shymske: Yes <br />Mr. Glassburn: Yes <br />Mr. Limpert: Yes <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Yes. Keegan Radeff's appointment to the Tax Incentive Review Council is approved by a <br />vote of 6-0. <br />Councilman Madden: Mr. President, that concludes my report. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Thank you, Councilman Shymske, Chairman of the Environmental Control Committee, do <br />you have a report this evening? <br />Councilman Shymske: <br />No report tonight. We will now move into audience participation. Thank you for attending tonight's <br />council meeting. Public comment offers the opportunity for members of the public to share <br />information and bring issues or concerns to the attention of city council members. It is not a <br />debate, and public comment speakers should not expect a back and forth exchange. Council <br />members may ask clarifying questions of the speaker, city staff, or fellow city council <br />members. Those attending city council meetings should show the same respect to others <br />that they wish to have shown to them.
