a) time limits for Management or the Union's replies on grievances <br />b) all work rules and/or provisions of agreements or practices directly relating to the assignment <br />of all employees. <br />SECTION 2. Upon the termination of the emergency, should valid grievances exist, they shall be <br />processed in accordance with the provisions outlined in the Grievance Procedure of this Agreement <br />and shall proceed from the point in the grievance procedure to which they (the grievance(s)) had <br />properly progressed. <br />ARTICLE 98 36: <br />OBLIGATION TO NEGOTIATE <br />SECTION 1. The Employer and the Union acknowledge that during negotiations which preceded <br />this Agreement, each had the unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and proposals with <br />respect to any subject or matter not removed by law from the area of collective <br />bargaining/negotiations and that the understandings and agreements arrived at by the parties after <br />the exercise of that right and opportunity are set forth in this Agreement. <br />SECTION 2. Therefore, for the life of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union each <br />voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated <br />to negotiate collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to, or covered in this <br />Agreement, or with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this <br />Agreement, even though such subjects or matters may not have been within the knowledge or <br />contemplation of either or both ofthe parties at the time they negotiated and signed this Agreement. <br />SECTION 3. Only upon mutual agreement of the parties may any provision of this Agreement be <br />renegotiated during its term. <br />ARTICLE "37: <br />CONFORMITY TO LAW <br />SECTION 1.
