Such payment will be made in accordance with the terms <br />of the commercial plan. <br />i; .9814.06. Qualified 125 -Plan Status. The Employer shall cause the Health Care Plan to be a <br />qualified Plan under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code. <br />ARTICLE AUt IS <br />CLOTHING ALLOWANCE <br />15.01. Uniform Standards. All employees shall maintain duty uniforms as mandated by the <br />Rules and Regulations. <br />15.02. Annual Allowance/Amount. All full-time bargaining unit members shall receive an <br />annual clothing allowance of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). dsuffs <br />(P23,99), payable with the first regular pay check in January for the duration of this Agreement. <br />15.03. Proration in Initiallfinal Year ofEmnlovment. (Clothing allowance shall be pro -rated <br />per month in the employee's first year of employment and final year of employment.) <br />4 15.04. Reimbursement/Damaffe to Uniform Items. In the event of damage to uniform <br />items, including watches and prescription eyeglasses, which occurs in the active discharge of an <br />employee's duties enforcing the law. The Employer shall pay the difference between the amount <br />of reimbursement from the insurance or court ordered recovery and the cost of repair or <br />replacement at current fair market value.
