Council President Brossard: Thank you. Director of Finance Copfer, do you have a report this evening? Finance Director Copfer: I have a brief report. • The Moody's Rating Service, did an annual review and updated our credit metrics and we maintained our AA2 rating, and it was issued the second last week of November, so I just wanted to let you know, that we're still good, especially when we're nearing the next year or two, hopefully borrow and bond out, as the rates get lower; and I want to wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, thank you. Council President Brossard: Thank you Director. Moving into Council Committee reports. Councilman Limpert, Chairman of the Building, Zoning and Development Committee. Do you have a report this evening? Building, Zoning and Development Committee Councilman Limpert: No report this evening, Mr. President. Just a moment of personal privilege, I wanted to offer my condolences, and to also bid farewell to Councilman Glassburn here from Council... thank you for your years of service here, and that concludes my comments.
