Director of Finance Copfer, do you have a report this evening? <br />Finance Director Copfer: <br />I have a brief report. <br />• The Moody's Rating Service, did an annual review and updated our credit metrics and <br />we maintained our AA2 rating, and it was issued the second last week of November, so I <br />just wanted to let you know, that we're still good, especially when we're nearing the <br />next year or two, hopefully borrow and bond out, as the rates get lower; and I want to <br />wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, thank you. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Thank you Director. Moving into Council Committee reports. <br />Councilman Limpert, Chairman of the Building, Zoning and Development Committee.
