• The only item on the agenda was Liquor Permit No. 5133104. Lets go paint, LLC, DBA, painting with a twist. Our Police Department had no issue with the permit, and the Committee voted 3 -Oto not object to the permit. At this time, I move to not object to Liquor Permit No. 5133104, Lets Gogh Paint, LLC, DBA, Painting with A Twist, Suite No. 116, at 25102 Brook Park Road, and ask for a second. Streets and Transportation Committee Councilwoman Gilchrist: Yes, Mr. President, I do have a report. The Streets and Transportation Committee met on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 7:17 p.m. Present were Committee Members Gilchrist, Shymske and Marrie. Councilmembers Hemann, Scarl, Council President Brossard, the Mayor, the Law Director, the Finance Director, the Economic Director, the Safety Director, the Recreation Director, Special Assistant to the Mayor, the City Engineer, and guests. • The purpose of the meeting was to discuss Resolution 2025-1 and Resolution 2025-2. The meeting started with discussion on Resolution 2025-1, a Resolution authorizing the City Engineer to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide asphalt resurfacing and related repairs on city streets, as detailed in the specifications on file in 01-21-25 Council Meeting Minutes - Page 5
