Bike racks well occupied and located near the access point to the high school at Butternut Ridge Rd <br />(New) North Olmsted Elementary School <br />The primary routes for walking and biking to school are: <br />Lorain Road: Lorain Road will have anew direct access point to the new school which will be used as the <br />main entrance to school. The sidewalk of Lorain will also connect to two new trails—one on the south <br />side of school grounds connecting Lorain Rd and Palm Drive which has a crosswalk to connect to the <br />academic wing, and another on the North side, giving closer access to the school's cafeteria. <br />Walter Road: The new access point on Lorain Rd is located near the Walter Rd/ Lorain Rd intersection. <br />Walter Road currently has 5 ftsidewalks on both sides of the streets. It also has two crosswalks at <br />Walter Rd and Southbound Lorain Rd. With this intersection serving as an entry point to the school, a <br />crosswalk on the Northbound direction at Lorain Rd and a crosswalk across the driveway entrance to the <br />school needs to be added. <br />Palm Drive: Palm Drive will serve as the primary access to school grounds for school buses. There are 5 <br />ft sidewalks on both sides of the streets. <br />The primary intersections that students walking and biking cross to get to school are: <br />D Lorain Rd/ Walter Rd <br />a Coe Ave/ Palm Dr <br />n Palm Dr/ Columbia Rd <br />
