Councilman Limpert, Chairman of the <br />Building, Zoning and Development Committee, do you have a report this evening? <br />Building, Zoning and Development Committee <br />Councilman Limpert: <br />I do not have a report. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Thank you. Councilwoman Hemann, Chairwoman of the Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings <br />Committee. Do you have a report? <br />Recreation Public Parks and Buildings Committee <br />Councilwoman Hemann: <br />On behalf of Councilman Shymske who is Chair of the Public Safety, Health and Welfare, yes, I <br />do. The Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee met on Tuesday, April 8th at 7:23 p.m. <br />Present were Council President Brossard, Council Members Gilchrist, Limpert, Marrie, <br />Committee Members Hemann and Madden, the Mayor, the Finance Director, Human Resource <br />Director, Safety Director, Service Director, Recreation Director and the Special Assistant to the <br />Mayor. <br />• On the agenda was Resolution 2025-34, a Resolution authorizing the mayor to accept a <br />donation from. the North Olmsted Soccer Organization to provide a new automated <br />external defibrillator for use at Barton Bradley Park and declaring an emergency. The <br />defibrillator is being donated to us and it's valued at $2,312.00. It's going to be used at <br />the Barton Bradley Park. It will be kept at the park and stored there. It is a state <br />requirement that we have that equipment at every one of our facilities, and so we, <br />Director Pinchek discussed the donation briefly and Councilwoman Hemann made a <br />motion to accept the donation and recommend to all of Council, and Mr. Madden <br />seconded that and that motion passed 2-0; 7:26 p.m. was when the meeting concluded. <br />Thank you. <br />And if I may have a moment of privilege. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Yes, please. <br />04-15-25 Council Meeting Minutes - Page 4 <br />
