Council President Pro Tempore Scarl: Thank you. Councilman Marrie, Chairman of the Intra-Govern mental Relations Committee, do you have a report this evening? I ntra-Govern mental Relations Committee Councilman Marrie: No report tonight, Mr. President. Thank you. COMMUNICATIONS Council President Pro Tempore Scarl: Thank you. Are there any letters or communications to come before Council at this time? Council Clerk: No, Mr. President. Council President Pro Tempore Scarl: Thank you. Okay, we will now move into audience participation. Thank you for attending tonight's Council meeting. Public comment offers the opportunity for members of the public to share information and bring issues and concerns to the attention of City Council members. It is not a debate and public comment speakers should not expect a back -and -forth exchange. Council members may ask clarifying questions of the speaker, City staff, or fellow Council members. Those attending City Council meetings should show the same respect to others that they wish to have shown to them. If there is anyone in the audience who would like to address Council, please come to the podium, state and spell your name and address for the clerk. If you live in a City other than North Olmsted, please state the name of that City and proceed with your comments, you will have up to five minutes. Bryan Mollohan: Good evening, my name is Bryan Mollohan, B-R-Y-A-N M-O-L-L-O-H-A-N, I live at 28783 Tudor Drive, which is directly behind the new Drees development that is going in behind us. I wanted to come and speak tonight because I have serious concerns about the green area [inaudible] behind the house. I've had several conversations with Mr. Upton about this, starting about a year ago. It was my understanding that I would be allowed to get an easement to put a fence back behind that. Since those discussions, Drees is refusing to do that and has made indications that that's going to be under their control. I spoke with other homeowners on Tudor, which are directly impacted by this, because those homes are directly upon that site. They've indicated that they have serious concerns about that as well. I believe these concerns were not addressed as well at the May 8th meeting, of this Council's May 8th meeting, and I would just like to bring that to your attention, and I would like to have something done about it, so that we can have some kind of understanding of what's going to go on back there, those are basically all of our backyard's back there, that's extremely close to the house, and I can tell you that Drees was not [inaudible] when I tried to discuss that with them.
