b. Design and Placement of Bicycle Parking Spaces. <br />Bicycle spaces must be no less than two and a half feet (2.5') wide by six <br />feet (6') in length, with a vertical clearance of at least seven feet, as shown <br />in Figure 1150.08(B). <br />If bicycles can be locked to each side of the rack, each side can be <br />counted as a required space. Where bicycle racks are placed in a parallel <br />series, with each rack thirty-six inches (36") apart, bicycle spaces may <br />overlap up to two feet, as shown in Figure 1150.08(B). <br />iii. Bicycle parking must be well lit if accessible after dark. <br />iv. All bicycle racks must be located at least thirty-six inches (36") in all <br />directions from any obstruction, including but not limited to other bicycle <br />racks, walls, doors, posts, columns, or exterior or interior landscaping, as <br />shown in Q in Figure 1150.08(B). <br />vi.
