The location, quantity, size at planting and at maturity, and names, both
<br />botanical and common, of all proposed planting materials, including ground
<br />cover.
<br />g. Location and function of water quality features such as raingardens, bioswales,
<br />or vegetated bioretention cells, including substrates, flow, grading, and plant
<br />materials.
<br />h. Any other information and data deemed necessary and requested by the
<br />Economic & Community Development Director.
<br />2. Streetscape Plan Required. A Streetscape Plan shall be submitted for the entire
<br />development site. The Streetscape Plan shall demonstrate compliance with the
<br />standards of this section and shall include the following items:
<br />a. A plan showing the location and relationship between vehicular and pedestrian
<br />traffic, and all existing and proposed bicycle and pedestrian facilities, street
<br />and sidewalk lighting, landscaping, street furniture, lighting fixtures, trash
<br />receptacles, and transit stops.
<br />b. Location and function of water quality features such as raingardens, bioswales,
<br />or vegetated bioretention cells, including substrates, flow, grading, and plant
<br />material
<br />Property boundaries, building location(s), parking lot layout, bicycle and
<br />pedestrian facilities, adjacent rights -of way, north arrow, and scale.
<br />d. Specifications, drawings, and/or photographs for all street furniture, trash/
<br />recycling receptacles, attractions or gathering spaces, and other constructed or
<br />installed amenities such as bike racks, bus shelters, etc.
<br />e. The location, quantity, size at planting and at maturity, and names, both
<br />botanical and common, of all proposed planting materials, including ground
<br />cover.
<br />f. Any other information and data deemed necessary and requested by the
<br />Economic & Community Development Director.
<br />3. Public Open Space Plan Required. A detailed Public Open Space Plan shall be
<br />submitted for areas dedicated as public open space that demonstrate compliance
<br />with the standards of this section and shall include the following items:
<br />a. The location, acreage, and dimensions of the Public Open Space.
<br />b. Specifications, drawings, and/or photographs for all street furniture, trash/
<br />recycling receptacles, attractions or gathering spaces, and other constructed or
<br />installed amenities such as bike racks, bus shelters, etc.
