b. Street trees shall be limbed at a maximum of eight feet (8') above sidewalk and <br />all-purpose trail grade to allow for safe movement of pedestrians and cyclists. <br />6. Sight lines. Streetscaping shall preserve all necessary sight lines and triangles at <br />intersections and pedestrian crossings. No tree shall be planted within twenty-five <br />feet (25') of an intersection. <br />7. Coordinated. The design of streets, pedestrian zones, landscaping, lighting, and street <br />furniture shall be coordinated and integrated throughout the site. <br />G. Parking Lot Landscaping and Screening Standards. <br />1. Perimeter Screening. <br />a. All surface parking lots must meet perimeter screening requirements. <br />b.
