about the... no, why would they do that? Everybody I talk to has the same response. The
petitions that are out there are continuing to grow. I can't even exactly tell you right now how
many signatures we have, but it's well north of 200. We have the signs out there that we have
ordered three times. We have petitions. We've written analysis on the 2025 master plan that I
did submit to Council in the past, and we have written analysis of the historic district guidelines,
which I have not distributed to Council yet, but we have. Both show, without doubt, a lack of
appropriateness and conformance to the documents. In no way do they conform to this
development or conform to what's in those documents. We're just asking that when all of this
comes before Council, we're asking that all this must mean something. The people that you
represent, we ask that you please protect us, when it comes up to the vote. Thank you.
Council President Brossard:
Councilman Limpert.
Councilman Limpert:
Mr. Sharp, as Building, Zoning and Development Chair, I can tell you that we have not had that
presented yet for a Committee meeting, and I'm happy to collaborate with Mr. Upton to keep
you informed if you want, to do it off the Council meeting schedule. I can happily keep you
informed on where we're at with that, but it has not been presented as far as a Committee
proposal to Council yet.
Donald Primosch:
My name is Donald Primosch, P-R-I-M-O-S-C-H. I live at 6064 Stafford Drive in North Olmsted,
Bretton Ridge. I've been here about seven times now. Well, I'm back again, Mayor, because
you didn't do the job and stop the ball kicking and throwing the ball at 6078 Stafford. I want to
tell you, though, that the trampoline... you're off the hook for that one, because the
landscapers, they moved it eight feet to the house, five feet from my fence. So until we get
some strong winds, you're off the hook there. The gas line in the front yard hasn't been moved.
You're not going to move it now probably until April or May, if they move it. There's no way it's
going to happen. But I have to come down here and keep complaining to you, so you don't
forget about it. Now, I'm going to go into November 16th. I tried to say this at the last meeting,
but I ran out of time. November 16th, Sammy came home, that's the boyfriend living in the
house. Sammy came home and started raking the front leaves about 4:30. He took all the balls
off the front porch and put them on the front yard. Instead of putting them in the truck, he put
them on the front yard. His son and his two brothers, the two brothers are two little twins. We
don't worry about the two little twins. We worry about that kid. There's pictures here. You're
going to see it. If you want them, they're here, Mayor. I just put them with my collection. So at
6 o'clock, his son kicked an 18-inch ball, went.. here's the camera. The ball went up high like
this, came down. Here's the 3-foot fence, went right down, hit the top of the fence, and went
under these boxburn bushes I have here. If the bushes didn't stop it, it would have bounced and
cracked the house again. It landed about 10 feet from my house. Last one. November 20th,
Thursday, 6:30. Maybe not the last one. A woman came to this house and brought her four kids
in a black Honda SUV. She's been here since day one. They don't know what the rules are. They
pile out of the car with balls and start kicking them. All the balls are all over the front yard.
12-02-25 Council Meeting Minutes Page 1.2
